About SmartParking

About SmartParking

A product of Hajari Automation. Connected parking access, occupancy, payments, and operations for commercial facilities.

Company

Parking software built around the lane you already run

SmartParking is a product of Hajari Automation, based in Hinjawadi, Pune. We help commercial parking operators, property teams, and facility managers connect access, occupancy, payments, and reporting so a facility can be run from recorded events instead of paper tickets, radio remotes, and undocumented exceptions.

The product is specified per site. A mall basement, a hospital visitor entrance, and a residential gate do not need the same device set. We start from the vehicle journey and the hardware already on site, then add only the controllers, cameras, readers, sensors, printers, or POS tools that serve a defined step.

  • Access, occupancy, and collections in one operating model
  • Compatible barriers, ANPR, RFID, sensors, printers, and POS tools
  • People remain in the loop for exceptions and manual overrides

Vehicle waiting at a boom barrier on a commercial site entrance.
Lane equipment is selected after reviewing how vehicles actually arrive, identify, and leave.

What we cover

Four operating layers, enabled only where the site needs them

Not every facility uses ANPR, bay sensors, digital payments, or a booking workflow. Each layer is confirmed during assessment.

Automatic boom barrier at a commercial parking entrance

Access

Identify and authorize at the lane

Barriers, ANPR, RFID, tickets, bookings, or guard approval — whichever identification methods the entrance already uses or can support.

Parking slot occupancy sensors and bay indicators

Occupancy

Show which bays are in use

Sensors, guidance lights, and occupancy views where they are installed, so staff can review bay status from stored records.

Parking fee collection at a POS terminal

Payments

Apply tariffs and issue receipts

POS terminals, printers, and supported collection methods apply the published tariff for that stay — attended or automated where enabled.

Parking guards managing lane exceptions

Operations

Keep people in the exception path

Guards and supervisors still handle overrides. Those actions sit on the same parking record the facility uses for reports.

How we work

Mission, vision, and the way we specify a site

Mission

Make parking measurable

Connect the devices a facility already trusts with software that records every supported event, so occupancy, access, and collections can be reviewed later.

Vision

Operations that can be explained

Parking facilities that can show who entered, which bays were used, and what was collected — without relying on paper, radio remotes, or undocumented exceptions.

Philosophy

Configure what is real

Publish capabilities a deployment can actually enable. Compatibility is confirmed after assessment. Custom and planned connections are labeled as such, not shown as live.

Implementation

From the operating problem to a working lane

A quotation follows a facility discussion. Hardware models, quantities, and integrations are confirmed for that site — they are not assumed from this website.

  1. 01

    Understand the facility

Map lanes, traffic mix, hardware already installed, and the operating problem: queues, occupancy, collections, or exceptions.

  2. 02

    Design the vehicle journey

Agree which steps apply: identify, authorize, park, pay, and exit. Not every site uses ANPR, RFID, sensors, or digital payments.

  3. 03

    Connect compatible devices

Barriers, cameras, readers, sensors, printers, POS tools, and controllers are added only where the interface and placement are confirmed.

  4. 04

    Operate from records

Staff handle exceptions in the same workspace. Reports summarize access, occupancy, and collections that the system actually stored.

The stack

Hardware, software, and operations on the same record

Parking hardware including boom barriers and lane devices

Hardware

Boom barriers, RFID readers, ANPR cameras, bay sensors, ticket printers, POS terminals, and IoT controllers — specified for the lane, not as a generic kit.

Parking management software on an operations screen

Software

Parking management for tariffs, access rules, occupancy views, bookings, receipts, and reports where those workflows are enabled for the site.

Parking operations with fewer manual lane tasks

Operations

Guards and supervisors keep a manual path for exceptions. Every supported override still sits on the parking record the facility uses.

Who we design for

Teams that already run a parking facility

The same product is configured differently for a mall basement, a hospital visitor lane, or a staff-only office gate.

Operators

Commercial parking operators

Run one lot or several. Need occupancy, access, and collections on a record that supervisors can review later — not only at the barrier.

Property

Property and facility teams

Malls, offices, and mixed-use sites that already have a gate, a guard desk, or a POS, and want those steps connected without a rip-and-replace.

Specialist sites

Hospitals, hotels, campuses, and parks

Visitor peaks, staff parking, and contractor access are specified from the actual mix at that entrance, not a generic industry template.

Who we work with

Commercial parking facilities across industry types

Each industry page describes typical challenges. The exact mix of products and services is confirmed for that facility.
